Details: Looks like a Chihuahua/pug mix, but it's actually a pondego pequeno portugues. Responds to "Chicharron". Last Seen: Tuesday, February 22, 2022 around ~3:00 p.m. running on Benito Avenue towards Water Street near The Crepe Place. He was wearing only his vibrating collar (pictured).
