Set up a Wikipedia page

If you know how to set up a Wikipedia page, you're a person I'd love to speak with. I'd like to set up a Wikipedia page but can't seem to do it by following their directions. It's time to ask someone who knows how to do it for help. I'm sure it's a simple thing once you've done it, but it ain't working for me ;-( Thanks for any help you can provide.
