MOUNT PROSPECT, IL — A Mount Prospect teen who won $30,000 after appearing on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Whiz Kids Week in 2017 will get another shot at reality TV stardom this weekend. Claire Jolie Goodman, 17, will appear on Sunday's American Idol as she competes for a golden ticket to Hollywood, according to the Daily Herald. After her reality TV appearance in 2017, Claire gave a portion of her winnings to the theater program where she has taken classes, Metropolis School of Performing Arts in Arlington Heights, according to the article.
