You will know if we ended up buying it or if it didn't work out for any reason. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU GUYS TO BUY THE HOUSE? - After we receive the address from you, our team tries to get a hold of the owner, once the owner is contacted we talk to them, we find out whether they are interested in selling the property, if they are and we agree on a price that works for them and for us, we move on with the paperwork, and a reputable local Real Estate attorney takes care of the entire transaction. If we end up buying the property, the whole process could take 2 weeks to a month and a half on average. HOW LIKELY IS IT THAT YOU GUYS WILL BUY THE HOUSE THAT I WOULD SEND YOU? - We may not end up buying 5 out of 5 houses you send but If we end up buying the property, we are typically helping the home owner by lifting a burden off their shoulders, we rehab the property, resell it and make profit, therefore we're very happy to pay the person that brought us the address, because after all, we wouldn't have made that profit if you hadn't brought us the house, it's a win-win for everyone.
