Warehouse and Delivery Team Member Inside Outside Spaces – Lakewood, CO 80104 Compensation - $19-23 per hour based on experience Inside Outside Spaces is a design-build outdoor living company seeking a Facilities Team Member who will care for the warehouse and yard and do delivery and pick up functions. This is a key role on our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is strong, energetic, and qualified. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Organization, receiving, and distribution of materials in the warehouse and yard • Deliveries and pickups of materials at jobsites • General upkeep of the trucks and machines • Ability to operate and drive pick up trucks with trailers, operate a forklift, Bobcat, and dump trailers. • Heavy lifting is required Required Qualifications: • Excellent driver experienced with towing trailers in traffic • 2+ years experience in warehouse and or maintenance or delivery functions • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills • Basic reasoning and time management abilities to coordinate effective completion of tasks • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills • Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean MVR • Bilingual communication is a plus Benefits: • Hourly position • After 90 Days o Holiday Pay o Flexible PTO (Vacation) days o Health Insurance allowance o 401K with match Please e-mail resume through the CL link.
