IMMEDIATE OPENING: CUSTODIAN/MAINTENANCE PART-TIME: 24 HOURS PER WEEK, DAY/EVENING, SOME WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS COMPETITIVE PAY. Must be able to handle up to 50 lbs. Valid drivers license and must be insurable. Drug screening and background check required. Job includes (but not limited to): Cleaning, maintenance throughout a large historic church in Westwood as well as an offsite property. As part of a team of custodians/maintenance you would be cleaning the church, preschool, offices, classrooms and other rooms throughout the building. There would be light maintenance like painting, moving furnitures as well as set up for events throughout the year. We are a church so weekend and evening work is required as well as some holidays like Easter and Christmas Eve. There is also landscaping and winter outside seasonal work that is part of the job. Must be a good team player as well as teachable. You would have the opportunity to learn new skills. Must be willing to adapt and be flexible.
