We are looking for Cashier's to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently at the Suburban Home Show at Rocklin College in Suffern, which is a 3 day event 2/25-2/27 Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions using a credit card transaction device (Square) To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position. After the show there is an option if you show interest after watching and helping our event and aptitude to move into a sales rep position for future events and retail partner locations full time year-round. This is a good entry level position to much greater income and career opportunities if someone chooses to pursue that. The show schedule is as follows. Friday February 25 -3 pm to 9 pm Saturday February 26 -10 am to 8 pm Sunday February 27-10am to 6 pm We expect you to arrive early and help close down each day. We pay the same pay regardless if the show day is 6 hours or 10 hours and we pay for all three days the last day of the event. You must start and complete all days at the hours listed.
