Sub Contractor (only) wanted for a janitorial position including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping and using an auto scrubber daily. This position is at a Senior Citizens building. Daytime. 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. The building is several stories. We care for the hallways, laundry rooms, trash shoot rooms and stairwells, entrance areas and small management offices. This jobs is 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday. Must be able to work around seniors, and the general public. Must have experience using an auto scrubber and know how to maintain an auto scrubber without supervision.
