Janitorial - Part Time. 4 Days per Week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. $12.50 per hour 5 hours per day, 8 to 1pm. Immediate Hire for self motivated mature individual.$150.00 bonus for 45 days perfect attendance. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping and mopping, cleaning hallways, dusting, cleaning a laundry room, cleaning bathrooms, lobby, several flights of stairs. You must be able to stoop, bend, stand and lift 35 pounds without restrictions. You must be able to walk up and down stairs without a problem. Knowing how to use an auto scrubber is a plus.
