PLUMBING! I need a hot water bypass installed

The underground hot water supply to my home is leaking. I need a bypass pipe installed from the hot water heater in the attached garage, through the attic, over the small bedroom that is between the garage and the guest bathroom, down to either the manifold behind the guest bathroom sink or the guest bathroom tub. You'll have to open the drywall in the bedroom to determine where the underground hot water supply is coming into the house and which manifold it runs too and will need to test to insure before you replace the supply that the leak is between the tank and the guest bathroom. The distance between the hot water heater and the bathroom is about 12' Ceiling height is 8.5' Please provide three references
