LAKEWOOD, OH — The Ohio Senate approved the state's Capital Budget last week, paving the way for funding to flow into Lakewood projects.
State Sen. Nickie Antonio, from Lakewood, celebrated the budget's passing.
"At a time when Ohioans are struggling from the ongoing pandemic, this investment in our communities is absolutely critical," Antonio said. "When we make the initial investment in the arts, trails, mental health accessibility and so much more, not only do our communities thrive, but we are able to put people to work today and further attract people and businesses who will continue to invest in our state tomorrow."
Here are some of the Lakewood projects that will receive funding under the Capital Budget:
