Snow Removal Needed for Northfield Property

I am in need of someone to assist with snow removal at a property in Northfield each time it snows going forward. I would need snow removed from the driveway, the parking area, and the section of sidewalk directly in front of the property. I would need the snow removed shortly after it snows more than a couple inches going forward. I do not need snow removed today, as I already did it. Just need it going forward. I have also provided a picture of the property and highlighted in Yellow the areas that would need snow removed from each time. Also, if you are interested, I will also need someone to mow the lawn in the Spring/Summer/Fall going forward, if you would like to do both. If not, just snow removal is fine for now. Thanks
