I really need help with plumbing and can't afford most plumbing services. I need someone with experience in multi unit condominiums. First the water will need to be shut off and it will take atleast an hour to drain the water out of this multi unit condominium. We need the shower valve converted from a two handle to a one handle. I can buy the valve just let me know what to get. I'd need you to cut out the board (we took the tile out already) but if possible replace the board after converting the shower valve. Next the two mains are leaking and may be the most difficult and may need some rerouting or moving around? Next the 2 vanity valves above that are leaking and needs replacing. And lastly the arm needs to be replaced. If you think there's anyway you can help me at a fair price please send me your quote. Thanks I appreciate you and your time. 🙏🙂
