EXPERIENCED Gardener Needed for 2022 Season

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED hard working, motivated individual to work in my garden design, planting, and maintenance business for seasonal employment all within the city limits of Boulder. We start slowly in March weather permitting through the rest of the season, likely into December, again, weather permitting. We care for private properties throughout the city of Boulder. I have been doing this work for 20 years and care for high end gardens with impeccable care. I have strong relationships with my clients and the chemistry of the crew is important. Attention to detail, fine tuned gardening, hard working, happy to be outside in the sun, and sometimes cold is mandatory and appreciated. This is a physical job and you will be on your feet most of the day. Also, having a vehicle is important, especially with lingering covid. We usually work Mondays-Thursdays about 7 hours a day which varies sometimes over the busier months like May and June. Season generally runs March/April -November/December. I need someone who can commit to the entire season. Pay increases with experience for the season so there is room for growth as well as a long term relationship to grow with the business. We have fun while we work, but we also work hard and thrive doing work we love. This position is often great for someone who has other creative work they do on their own as this is not a full time job...Usually @ 28-30 hours a week. Contact by email first please. Some things we do : Planting of annuals and perennials, weeding, deadheading, edging, mulching, raking. I do not work with lawns, we use minimal equipment and care for these properties with the utmost care and attention and use no chemicals.
