Need a sometimes nanny

We are looking for a part time nanny. For now, the hours will be for dates for either my husband and I or we might also take or leave our 11 year old son. Later it might transition to extra hours needed for picking up our son from school and watching the baby while one of goes to work and the other comes home (1-5 hour gap). That won't be for another few weeks when I start my new job. The main care we need is for our 9 month old. He is incredible to us! He's independent, tenacious, talkative, bubbly, loud, and likes to play wrestle. Yes he's only 9 months old...lol. But he is large like a one year old and very advanced for his age. He has hit every milestone months before average age. He is starting to walk and needs someone energetic, down to earth and adventurous! Because when all else fails, he loves going into the baby carrier and walking outside. We frequently hike as a family and he loves it! My 11 year old has ADHD so he is hyper and very funny, or so he likes to think lol. He is protective of Leo but in a sweet way, he's an incredible big brother. But the moment he gets iPad time you won't see him or hear him for hours lol! We want to interview several sitters before we make our decision in a couple of weeks. We will pay 20/hr, we want you to sit in our home (3rd floor condo), and we will tip for going above and beyond 😁 We haven't gone on a solo date in over 9 months so we are READY! The candidate should have the drivers license, car insurance and properly running car to be able to occasionally take the boys to an indoor trampoline park or similar. There will be a full background check. We want frequent pictures and texts but we will not micromanage you, we just love him a lot! There will also be a nanny cam which has 2 way communication so you will have to be ok with that.
