Applicant must be an experienced professional and maintain a professional appearance. The following skills are required: Light Janitorial duties maintaining the clubhouse, laundry facility, restrooms, streets and common areas. Pool Maintenance Pressure Washing Painting Miscellaneous daily tasks. Strong people skills a must. This is a demanding, fast paced, multi-tasking position. Must have strong customer service skills and good work habits.
