I run real estate investment company & we come across a few properties each week that we need photos/videos of. We are looking for someone that's available to go to properties & take photos from time-to-time. You do not need to be a professional photographer, just someone with the ability to take good photos (even if it's on your phone). We are looking for someone who is flexible on their schedule during the week & comfortable with talking to residents/tenants (if needed). JOB DESCRIPTION: - We will set up time(s) that you can go to a select property (either occupied or vacant). - You will take photos/videos of the exterior & interior of the property, then upload the photos online for us to utilize. - We will give you 1-2 days notice before appointments & also confirm with you before scheduling. - We will pay $20 per hour for your work, INCLUDING the time it takes you to drive to the property. We are willing to pay you with whatever payment service you prefer (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Check, Wire Transfer, etc). - NOTE: This is NOT a full time job offer. We will simply have a couple properties per week or so that we need to obtain photos of & will schedule accordingly. This is just a great way to earn some extra money & even learn a little about real estate! - NOTE: Depending on what city/county you are located in, we will likely have you travel within an hour radius of where you are located (depending on the location of the properties that we need photos of).
