House Cleaner for Short-Term Rental Wanted

Looking for a House Cleaner or Cleaning Team for a 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow (950sqft) in the East End of Houston. The space is rented on Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and VRBO and will need consistent, but flexible cleaning service after each guest's stay. Sometimes this is twice a month, sometimes it is 14 times a month. The cleaner would need to provide vacuum, cleaning supplies, wash rags, ect. The scope for the House Cleaner or Cleaning Team is as follows, but may adjust over time: - Photos before and after cleaning; sent to the owner for record. This is to help verify any guest damage, missing items, - Provide notes or comments on damaged items, concerns, maintenance items, or if lightbulbs are burnt out, ect.. - Interior of home to be cleared of any items left behind by previous guests, and all surfaces wiped clean. - Hard-surface floors are swept clear and vacuum all floors, rugs. - Showers, Sinks, and toilets are thoroughly cleaned. - Change sheets and towels (i will give you extra pairs of comforters, towels, and sheets to swap them out; would need to have them be cleaned off-site by Cleaner.) - Towels are freshly laundered and placed in bathrooms and kitchens, Clean sheets to be placed on beds. - Refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker are cleaned. - Dining table and chairs are wiped down and all drawers are clean and organized. - All trash cans are emptied and provided with a fresh liner. - Exterior patio to be cleared, and outdoor chairs and tables are wiped down. - All dishes and utensils are cleaned and the dish tray to be left empty. - ~Monthly: Change Air Filter, Wipe down blinds, - ~Weekly/As-needed: Refill soap, shampoos, ect.
