Havas STREET, an event marketing agency, is building a team of local Brand Ambassadors to represent a major cellular provider at various store-front and community events, to generate leads for retail locations in order to convert consumers to the cellular service! Havas STREET is a marketing agency that focuses on creating branded events that establish an in-person interaction/marketing strategy between a brand and its key consumers. We do so by offering either free product trials or incentives (think, try it before you buy it) to consumers in order to convert sales for accounts or to generate leads for the brand. This is a perfect opportunity to pick up work on the side to supplement any current income. We are hiring staff for the below market: • Corvallis Pay Rate: W-2 employee; before taxes - paid out within 2 weeks • Brand Ambassador: $28/hr How the program works: • Flexible scheduling, sign up for shifts based on your availability and ability to travel • Shifts are 3-6 hours, unless otherwise noted • Part-time schedule, up to 29 hours per week • Types of events include storefront (in front of the physical branches of the mobile provider), local community events/festivals (like Polar Bear plunge!) country club/golf courses, etc • Masks are provided by Havas • Paid training Duties: • Support team in setup, breakdown, and sanitation of booth/footprint • Work as a team in promoting the brand's services and products • Hand out flyers, gift cards, branded giveaways, etc. to give back to the local community and encourage interest • Educate consumers on brand initiatives and services; generate leads/capturing data on iPad app for store sales associates • Complete event recap and timesheet in timely manner ***Must be 18+ years to apply. Comfortable moving around during shifts; working outdoors at times; and with others Those with hospitality/customer service/lead generation exp are encouraged to apply Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Masks, gloves, sanitizer provided.
