The Job Landscape Technician (Full-time/Day) We’re looking for an energetic and motivated teammate to grow our team. The role includes weeding, raking, mowing, and sometimes operating large equipment. Crews are dispatched from a main location and use company transportation to get to sites. This is a union-affiliated position (Laborers Local 483, Laborers’ International Union of North America). The benefits • $15.00/hr • Wages will increase by 3.23% beginning July 1, 2022 • Full-time benefits, including: medical, dental, 403(b) retirement plan, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement. Relay pays 100% of an employee’s medical, dental, and vision premiums • Enjoy paid time off, paid sick days and paid holidays What you’ll do • Working hours will be Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 3:30PM (some overtime required due to business need) • Location will be our Hillsboro office, Griffin Oaks • Perform physical tasks including weeding, raking, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs. • Work independently and as part of a team • Other job duties as assigned Why you’re a great fit We know that experience is gathered in many ways. If you have a demonstrated ability to fulfill the job duties but got there in a different way, please apply. • A can-do attitude and team spirit! • Able to walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. in any kind of environmental conditions • Work independently with little or no supervision • Must have basic English reading and writing skills • Must have reliable form of transportation to job • Landscaping experience preferred • Good communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to write and read simple instructions and short correspondence COVID Vaccination Requirements Where permitted by applicable law, you must be fully vaccinated or exempted by an approved medical or religious exemption request by your start date (first day reporting to work) to be considered for employment.
