Shepherd/Husky needs new home

Hello all, it is with a very heavy and sad heart that I am posting this. I am needing to rehome one of my buddies. His Name is Motley Crew, Motley for short. I got him in November to keep him from going to the pound and also as a playmate for my other dog. I had him neutered on Dec 1st of 2021. He is about 14 months old at this time and he weights about 85 lbs. He was micro chipped by his previous owner and I think I still have that information. He came to me with lots of behavioral issues that I have been working on. He is house trained and also has a dog door to come and go as he pleases. Motley is crate trained and sleeps in the crate at night and is also fed in his crate. I put a nice pad in his crate as it came with nothing in it. He has a ton of toys to go with him as well. The reason for the rehoming is that he as damaged furniture while I have been at work on 2 occasions. I cannot crate him while I am at work as I do not know how long I will be gone. Some days it is only a few hours but other days it is over 12 hours. And the long days are the ones that he is damaging things. I will not put him in a crate for a long length of time like that. He will need a fenced yard as well, he is a runner if he gets out. I would love for him to go to a family or someone who can give him the time he needs. He is a very loving dog and seems to always be happy. He would come with his crate, toys, and I would even through in a bag of dog food. He also challenges my Belgian Malinois on a daily basis for dominance and I am afraid that Motley is going to get hurt bad if he keeps it up. My Belgian has been pretty tolerant of him but also will not take his crap and sooner or later things will go really bad I am afraid. My Belgian has about 20 lbs on Motley. We can talk about the rehoming fee. I just want him to be happy and I don’t feel that I am meeting the expectations that he needs. I love him dearly but just cant afford to have him any longer, furniture is expensive. Please send me a message if you would like to adopt him.
