Hi, I am a producer seeking a studio/production room to rent on a monthly basis. Looking for access 5 days or nights a week. Open to a sharing situation with another producer, I am open to doing half days starting at 6pm Need a place with basic gear including some converters, some preamps, and a couple mics. Synths are a big plus too I have NS10’s I can contribute, but most of my gear is on the east coast Let me know if you have any leads! My budget is about 1k/month.
