I'm desperately looking for a hairstylist that can do scene hair!

As the description says. I need a hairstylist that can do a very layered, choppy scene style on my shoulder length hair. Because I have fine hair that has been bleached, I'd prefer to not use a razor, like you would normally want to use with this kind of cut. I like to back comb my hair to make the top of my hairstyle (by the apex) sort of like a poof shape - as in the first picture, but bigger lol. Let me know if you can do this hairstyle or if you know anyone that can!
