You are correct, no one studies history any more. "Politicians have fretted about the same issues you raise". That is a great joke. The only thing they fret about is getting elected again [about 5 mins. after they take office] The media, corp. money, lobbyists and brain washed people are ALL they care about. Which one are you? Lets realize where we are NOW. Its all we have. I know how we got here. Ask yourself this, how are we getting out of this mess without a fight. It takes an smart,pragmatic, logical leader that won't be bought, a lapdog to no one. The money will never allow that to happen. The MONEY elects the idiot, rapes the land, takes anything else that is not nailed down. Boot licking carpetbaggers are all we have. Both parties have failed us. The last guy was an evil idiot the new guy is on his last brain cell. You know it, I know it.
