- Jacksonville Beach
- multiple apartment units. General maintenance/repairs.
- 30hrs to 40hrs per week (not weekends)
- Minor repairs. Troubleshooting.
- Painting. Interior and exterior.
- Move-out cleaning. Kitchen, floor, bath, etc.
- Ability to work in "team environment"
- Dependable attitude.
- Dependable transportation
- Starting: $18./hour
