Do-it-all/cottage care business looking to hire an experienced, motivated, dependable adult for a labor management position and /or general labor position. Individual must be willing and physically able to work in all weather types. Responsibilities may include managing a small crew of 2-3 and working a variety of jobs from start to completion, quickly and effectively. Skills we are looking for include rough and finish carpentry, painting, power washing, minor plumbing and electrical, ect. This is a Monday-Friday job. No weekends. Applicants must meet requirements below: Have recent work history performing one or more of the listed skills. Prior management experience preferred. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Most jobs are located in the Charlevoix area. Base of operations is between Petoskey and Charelvoix.
