ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS RESIST PEACE OFFICER Esteban Saavedar, 27, of the 500 block of E Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Nov. 6 in Arlington Heights. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Nov. 30. DOMESTIC BATTERY Aleksandra R. Murczek, 26, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery/physical contact, and was arrested at 7:43 p.m. Nov. 7 in Arlington Heights. She was taken to court and assigned a court date of Dec. 14. Vincent A. McCoy, 37, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 11:42 Nov. 9 in Arlington Heights. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Nov. 23.CRIMINAL TRESPASS Luciano D. Soluri, 64, of the 9300 block of Big Colony, Des Plaines, is accused of criminal trespass, and was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Nov. 8 in the 1800 block of W Central Road, Arlington Heights. He was assigned a court date of Dec. 8. NO DRIVER'S LICENSE/PERMIT Jaime Herrera-Lopez, 63, of the 1100 block of N Boxwood, Mount Prospect, is accused of no driver's license/permit, and was arrested at 9:33 p.m. Nov. 8 in the 400 block of S Arlington Heights Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 18. Giovanni Stancu, 18, of the 4100 block of N Bonhill, Arlington Heights, is accused of no driver's license/permit, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 4100 block of N Bloomington. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 4. Luis Baeza Caeres, 34, of Inglewood, California, is accused of no driver's license/permit, obstructing identification, and was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Nov. 11 in the 0-100 block of W Algonquin Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 7. VIOLATING ORDER AFTER SERVED NOTICE Justin Brad Wozniak, 35, of the 2100 block of E Peachtree Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order after being served notice, and was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 9 in Arlington Heights. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Dec. 11. THEFT Jeremiah Frederick Zajler, 20, of the 300 block of W Golf Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of theft, and was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 200 block of E Sigwalt Street. He was released on bond and given a court date of Dec. 14. AGGRAVATED FLEEING OR ELUDING OFFICER Nicholas P. Mazurek, 26, of the 200 block of W Johnson Street, Palatine, is accused of aggravated fleeing or eluding officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, making a false report to 911, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 11 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 200 block of E Sigwalt Street. He was taken to court. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS Federico E. Sanchez, 29, of the 1300 block of Thames Street, Roselle, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested at 1:18 am. Nov. 13 at Algonquin Road. he was released on bond and assigned a court date of Nov. 30.
