Description
We are looking for a more suitable situation for Chief than we can provide him. He would be best off being an only dog with all people attention. He’s great with our young kids (2 & 4) and other young kids who visit, loves people and the loves. We had him since he was 6 weeks old, and has been crawled all over by my kids. He’s very sweet and smoochable. He is pretty chill most of the day. He does need a large yard (probably privacy fence or far space between other dog yards) or farm set up. He gets the zoomies and loves to run. He loves walks, though he’s very strong. He’s been recently neutered, and is 2 years old this month. Up to date on all shots. Chief is around 95 pounds, an American bulldog/French mastiff cross. We love him with all of our heart, but he’s been getting into fights with our smaller dog, and it’s not fair to him. He’s toy and love jealous when it comes to other dogs. He’s the bark police, and doesn’t like it when another dog starts barking near him. He is not food or toy aggressive when it comes to humans. I don’t want to have to keep them separated everyday, and our other fur baby was the first addition to our family.
The situation would need to be near perfect, a meet and greet with your family, a possible home check, and vet reference. We will have a contract agreeing that if he doesn’t work out for your household, that he will come back to us. He will come with an XL crate, and his stuff if wanted (toys, bed, leashes, collars, etc.) There is no rehoming fee, we just want to be sure he’d go to a great home.
If you think Chief would make a great addition to your family, please contact Hayley through text or call.
