LAKEWOOD, OH — On Saturday, Lakewood High School will host a donation drive to help families struggling because of COVID-19. The theme of Saturday's donation drive is "Give Something that Means Something." Students will be seeking donations to help struggling families. Volunteers will be at Lakewood High, outside of Civic Auditorium, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Attendees can expect special guest volunteers like Rangerman and Santa Claus. Feeding America, which supports 200 food banks across the country, estimates that in 2020, more than 50 million Americans will not have enough nutritious food to eat due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
