looking to hire full time Grounds man

job and duties, pick up trash around building and on each floor,sweep and blow property, power wash front office and around walk ways. empty all trash cans in dumpster and brake down any items around back of building.
must have a valid Id and social and be 18yrs or older work experience is required and have valid transportation. work hours are from 10 am to 3 pm first week will be on a probation period.
