Deck Drain Restricted

Hi, There are three pool deck drains, and two are restricted…pics attached. The cover plates probably need to be removed by cutting the grout which is keeping them in place. Probably need to just access one drain and snake them all out. Please have the necessary tools to do this project. Thanks.
