Split a NYC lease with me for 40% less of the price

I’m looking for someone who will split the cost of an NYC apartment. Not share the space, but I would take some days and you would take the others. My schedule would be something like Monday nights to Wednesday nights, leaving on thursday mornings, you would take the other nights in the apartment but paying 40% less of the nightly price that corresponds to you. That way we both can save money and being in the city part time of the week. We can figure it out- just thinking of a way to do this.
