Press release from the City of Lakeville: May 29, 2020 Beginning at approximately 7am on Monday June 8th, the 179th Street and Flagstaff Avenue intersection will close to all traffic for construction of the roundabout with the 179th Street Reconstruction Project. Flagstaff Avenue will be closed to all traffic from the south City limits to 600 feet south of Fontina Path. 179th Street will be closed to all traffic from Cedar Avenue to just west of Fieldcrest Avenue. On June 18th, 179th Street will re-open to traffic from Cedar Avenue to the Crossroads of Lakeville driveway. Visit the project webpage for more information and a detour map.
