Our ideal candidate will have mechanical experience in lawn and concrete equipment, be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Troubleshoot and repair small engines such as lawn equipment, concrete equipment, saws, and generators with small gas engines. Work directly with the lead mechanic and assist him as necessary with repairs including tire changes, oil changes, and routine vehicle maintenance. Maintain and repair company equipment as needed. Diagnose mechanical problems. Assist drivers out on the road which includes takes calls, texts, or emails at hours outside of normal operation. Qualifications: MUST have a verifiable clean driving record. 2 years working experience as a small engine mechanic is preferred. Must have basic working knowledge of small engines. Experience changing oil in vehicles is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills. MUST have basic mechanic tools.
