Press release from the City of Lakeville: October 6, 2020 On Saturday, October 10, Dodd Boulevard between Highview Avenue and Cedar Avenue (specifically between Hayes Avenue and 175th Street) will be reduced to one lane with flaggers directing traffic for the construction of turn lanes along Dodd Boulevard at Hamburg Avenue. Expect major delays on this portion of Dodd Boulevard and use alternate routes if possible. Lane restrictions are expected to be in place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Similar lane restrictions are anticipated to occur each Saturday until November for completion of the turn lane improvements.
