Hours: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm: Monday - Friday Position Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age. • High school degree/GED • Ability to read measurements and work or calculate numbers. • Ability to use handheld tools • Ability to understand and comply with safety procedures • Ability to understand and meet quality standards • Ability to work independently when necessary. • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and email. • Must have reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand for the entire shift. • Frequent standing, reaching, stooping, and kneeling required. • Must be able to consistently lift and handle 50-75 pounds worth of material. Advanced Qualifications: • Experience with handheld tools. • Ability to read blueprints and/or construction plans. • CNC training • College/Trade School coursework related to manufacturing or construction. Work Environment: • Frequent exposure to wood dust, finish materials, and cabinet-making materials. • Shop temperature can vary. • Work with wood and finish materials. • Work with some flammable materials. Projects can include cases, countertops, workstations, reception desks, display units, wall shelving, and more. Over the past 20 years, we have built our reputation upon the fundamentals of high-quality design and client-centered service. We maintain ownership at every stage in the project process, fabricating all products in our shop and overseeing installation at the job site.
