Job Requirements: Knowledge of access control and different types of door hardware including maglocks & strikes. Aptitude to become proficient in programming and networking configurations of all our IP based equipment. Proficient in termination different forms of industry cabling including cat5e, cat6 and coaxial. Able to interact with customers and represent the company in a professional manner. Physical installation of access control, CCTV and gate systems including the required infrastructure, equipment trim-out and programming of devices. Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with access control Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of reading schematics and floorplans Excellent documentation skills Organized and neat work habits Superior interpersonal skills for communications with colleagues, clients, and tradesmen Demonstrate positive and effective leadership Ability to think and work independently and meet or exceed all necessary expectations and deadlines Career minded, talented, ambitious, high energy with a passion for this business Possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Conscious of meeting very high standards Must possess a valid drivers license and have a safe driving record.
