LRE Foundation Repair is hiring experienced and motivated Chemical Grout/Polyurethane Injection Crew Leader. Previous construction, soil stabilization, and labor experience required. Bilingual is a plus! MUST HAVE a desire to grow and learn, with motivation to exceed customer expectations! Prior experience supervising projects and crew members as it relates to construction is preferred. Other skills necessary for the job include good communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, time and budget management and team-building abilities. Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device is also required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Participates in installation setup, installation, cleanup and maintenance of the equipment. Lead a construction team of 1-2 other members. Install each job using company-approved methods; this is a “hands-on” foreman role Provide customers with a remarkable experience. Reliable transportation promoting punctual, dependable work attendance. Will exercise precision when measuring concrete and administering product to said areas. Will interact with clients, explaining services and providing quotes as requested. Participates in loading and unloading truck for daily installations. Exhibits efficiency, consistency and attention to detail, completing projects in a timely, cost-effective manner. Participates in loading and unloading truck for daily installations. Must remain compliant with OSHA, safety standards, and protocols. Builds trusting relationships by working cohesively with crew members, responding with a sense of urgency to the directives and inquiries of your manager. Works outside in all types of weather performing concrete raising services. Assist with other duties as directed by the production manager. NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS: 1-2 years of experience in construction or heavy labor role. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required. Ability to travel. Unrestricted lifting ability. Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work overtime if needed.
