Company parties – Holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and whatever sounds fun. Last year we took our entire team to the Saddle Brook spa for a massage and pedicure as an example. 2. Flexible schedule – just request it. We know what it’s like to have a busy family life. We are here to work with you in every way to ensure what important to you is important to us! 3. Paid holidays and vacations - Again, we know that family is number one and we do everything we can to make sure you get the time you deserve. 4. Work schedule – we are a Monday through Friday operation with an 8-5 schedule. Our goal is to have you off by 4pm daily and it is rare to work past 5PM. 5. Food, Food, Food - Forget your lunch, want some fruit, like bagels? We provide snacks daily because we appreciate what you do. 6. Don’t have a reliable vehicle - We have 14 company cars and our employees get to take the car home every night. You will never need to worry about transportation to or from work and the gas is on us! 7. Reliable work – Our employees average between 34-40 hours per week. Want overtime and time and half? We always have Saturday volunteer work for those who want to make some extra money. 8. Pay – Our employees average between $500-$700 weekly. 9. Tips – at Maid Brigade, our clients are top notch. Many teams get tips daily ranging from $10 dollars to in some cases over $100. This money is yours and yours only! 10. Competitions – Are you competitive? We love to have competitions between our teams to win great prizes and money. 11. Language issues – at Maid Brigade it doesn’t matter if you speak one language or 10. We will work with anyone to overcome whatever language you may or may not speak – we just want great people. 12. CULTURE – we pride our company in having the best culture in Tampa.
