I need an assistant part time. Perhaps full time later if I see potential in you. Looking for someone who is willing to learn how to do general home repairs and upgrades including electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring, drywall and much more. after a good amount of training, you will be able to remodel kitchen and bathrooms! I have clients through out Orange County and Los Angeles area.  must have your own transportation and be willing to travel to both counties.  you must have experience with common household power tools. Must not be significantly overweight, as the job description will seldom require fitting in crawlspace under the house or in the attic.  I am very flexible with your available days, but must put in 20 hours or more of work per week. Work is during business hours. No work on Sundays.  Starting pay for beginner experience is $16 per hour. However If you have a decent amount of experience repairing and upgrading houses: pay will be $18 per hour. Despite what level you start at, after three months of work you will get a two dollar raise.  All jobs paid in cash! After a couple months, if you put in good effort, and we work well together, I hope to have you around indefinitely or as long as you wish to stay.
