We are a property management company in San Diego in search of hiring experienced handyman We manage associations, apartment complex and homes. Handyman needed who can / knows: - Power wash, parking, building - stripe and stencil a parking lot - Drywall, tapping, drywall patch - Texture ceilings and walls, mudding - Paint interior and exterior - Remove and install block walls - Knows how to caulk interior and exterior - Change out interior and exterior building lights / fixtures - Electrical knowledge, change out GFCI - Cement work - Stucco repair and patching WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JACK OF ALL TRADES! Person must have tools.
