This is to notify Denise (Denny) Elwood that her abandoned belongings that she left behind when she moved out will be disposed of on March 9th, meeting the 15 day requirement to hold your property. You can respond to this email to arrange a date and time to come by and pick up your property after the daily storage fee of $10 a day is paid in full. If there is no response to this post to take care of this, I will dispose of this abandoned property which you are responsible for any additional costs for the removal of these items, as well as the storage fees. I will be filing action with the courts to recover these costs, as well as the unpaid rent that is due, of which you are liable for all costs associated with this process.
