Iso a cat/kitten

We are specifically looking for a kitten or young cat that looks like this one pictured. Iv been told the coloring is snow Lynx pointed. That this coloring can be in alot of breeds or mixes. We dont care what the breed is, we just want this specific look with the blue eyes and needs to be a female, good with dogs and children. We will adopt or buy. I know its a needle in a hay stack, but figured this is worth a try.
