Job description Mirror Image Graphic Design first opened in April of 2007. We specialize in Vehicle Wraps and Custom Apparel, however, we also offer a wide variety of custom products. With a professional team of designers, installers, and printers we are able to help with whatever project is brought to us with quality and precision. Calling all wrappers! We are looking for a talented individual to add to our team. A self-driven, independent and outgoing individual who is able to take instruction and apply his/her-self to various projects. We are looking for someone who specializes in production work--ideally with some experience in vehicle wrap and decal installation. You will need to be able to work both individually as well as collaboratively on a daily basis with the production and design team. Various production preparation and application ranging from simple sign cutting, to laminating, cutting, weeding and masking vinyl graphics, decals and wraps. Various production items and applications in this position include, but are not limited to: various signage both large and small on different materials, banners, various vinyl products, and vehicle graphics (from decals, window perfs, partial to full-sized wraps for both individual vehicles and fleets). We are looking for those with prior sign shop and/or vehicle wrap experience--someone who has a working knowledge on how to produce custom products--both large and small scale; WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE! MUST HAVE: Ability to take accurate measurements and photos when necessary Ability to perform other tasks as instructed around the shop including maintaining a clean work environment Daily use of time management skills Ability to communicate with production and design staff to ensure quality control and resolve any unforeseen obstacles before project completion Ability to follow instructions accurately for various projects An insatiable attention to detail A great work ethic and a positive attitude An organized individual who can take on any project and complete it on time to maintain deadlines to keep projects on schedule THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Understanding of sign creation and product quality Experience in sign cutting; vinyl laminating, cutting, weeding, masking; and finishing procedures Experience in 2D and 3D applications for various signage Signage application and installation experience Installation of decals, striping, etc Ability to install vinyl graphics and wraps on vehicles (including full color changes) and other various applications Clear Bra installation experience Understanding of large format printing and working knowledge of production procedures, application and installation POSITION DETAILS: Must have a valid driver's license Willing to work in all weather conditions--both indoors and outdoors Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/bend throughout the day to complete tasks Large Format Production Position is In-House Some installations will be completed off-location as needed Full Time (40~ Hours) Job Type: Full-time
