Description
Maintain an apartment building in Salem and a home in Marblehead. No electrical or plumbing needed. The list changes constantly. Now: Change a door knob, organize a garage and basement, paint a mailbox, stain and poly a staircase, clear a garbage disposal, landscape (if you want to). We need someone to call as needed. No drugs or alcohol. Must have had 2 Covid vaccines and the booster, and, a flu shot. Prefer someone from the area as some jobs are small. $25/ hour. We hire as an independent contractor.
