Experience an amazing 5 course dinner paired with 5 delicious wines selected & presented by a wine expert. Enjoy an evening of sipping and learning about new wines. Here is our menu: First Course - Warm Poached Pear w/French Brie Second Course - Arugala w/Roasted Beet & Lemon Vinegrette, Feta, & Crushed Pistachio Third Course - Smoked Pulled Pork w/Jalapeño Corn Bread Fourth Course - Chicken Cacciatore w/Mushroom Risotto Fifth Course - Chocolate Mousse w/ Raspberry & Mint Sprig Wine selections will be announced at a later time. This dinner will be held inside our intimate & cozy barn so come and welcome spring with us! Tickets are $75 per person. Gratuity is not included in ticket price. Whistler's Knoll is a Vineyard and an Event Venue located only 15 minutes from Appleton.
