You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and technicians productive Responsibilities: Repair major and minor issues with equipment within an airport environment Perform PM maintenance and training to techs on various air handling systems Must be able to work weekends and holidays (24/7 operation) Assign job duties and schedule outages for repair work Complete maintenance and repair work orders, and daily reports in a timely fashion Assist with ordering of replacement parts or equipment Provide safety training for technicians Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: 5 years previous experience in HVAC maintenance supervision and scheduling, or other related fields Experience in supervising crews of min 12-15 technicians Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Very good communication and interviewing skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Must have clean backround and driving record About us: We are an Airport maintenance provider focusing on aircraft cooling / ventilation systems
