Description OPC, Off Property Contact are sales professionals who represent Westgate Resorts, to guests staying off property. OPCs work at our high traffic tourist locations such as the Premium Outlet mall and several others on the International Drive area, offering guests the opportunity to tour Westgate Resorts, the world's largest privately held timeshare company, during their current stay and receive great discounts in attraction tickets in exchange. The other services the OPC provides are: regular ticket sales, directions, information and superb guest relations. Responsibilities: Perform all tasks as assigned by OPC managers regular ticket sales, directions, information and superb guest relations. Treating tour prospects as guests and location staff as valued partners Consistently achieve established production standards as outlined in department compensation plan Driving qualified tours to Westgate Resorts Communicate the customer needs and interest to direct supervisors so the company will continue to change based on the market needs Communicate to prospective clients information on the area attractions Sell tickets to local attractions to guests Follow all rules of dress and conduct that have been presented to you Requirements: Resilient and able to handle rejection Sales Experience preferred Detail oriented Self-motivated, confident, creative Ability to communicate in a positive, enthusiastic manner Work under minimal supervision Spanish speakers are needed Professional, energetic, outgoing, personality REQUIRED Competitive, goal oriented, persuasive Knowledge of the Vacation Ownership industry preferred but not required Positive, Focused, Driven and a desire to make $$$$ Must have excellent communication skills and listening skills Must be able to build rapport quickly and explain our products and services Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to walk and sit Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be able to talk for extended periods of time Must be willing to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
