MLB & Associates is a recruiting team in search of a Laborer to join a matting/access team for an Electrical Contracting Client based in Ocala, FL. The hourly rate for this position starts at $15 and goes up to $17 in time. The team typically works 5 days/week, 10hrs/day for 50 hour work weeks (Overtime paid at time and a half rate for all hours over 40/week). Company offers Health, Dental & Vision insurance along with a company matched 401k plan. Leading Central Florida contractor looking to add Construction Laborers to their growing team. Job requires statewide although some jobs may be close to where you live. If you are over 50 miles from your home address, per diem is paid at a rate of $250/week and the company picks up hotel cost direct for good quality hotels. ESSENTIAL/ NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ideal Candidate will be reliable, have reliable transpiration. Pay will be established based on experience and ability. Activities include assisting with pinning and un-pinning access matting and other general labor activities. Looking for candidate in Lutz (zip code 33549) as the Foreman lives in Lutz and makes pick-up and drop off easy if teammate is in Lutz as well. Must be drug free and can submit and pass to a pre-employment drug screen. Must be felony free for last 5 years and submit to background check confirming.
