For any quesitons or inquires, please reach out to: [email protected] COURSE 1 WELCOME SNACK: A welcome snack of crackers, cheeses, meats, nuts, and dried fruits to tide you over before dinner. COURSE 2 SALAD: Mustard greens, frisee, and radicchio salad with apple, toasted walnut, pickled shallots, and a parmesan crisp. Dressed with a sweet mustard vinaigrette COURSE 3 SOUP: A robust carrot ginger soup with a kick. Garnished with crispy carrot, ginger chili oil, cilantro and griddled lime. COURSE 4 MAIN: Beef short rib braised in our "The Drizzle Dunkel" with a demi glace. Partnered with herbed fingerling potatoes, king oyster mushrooms with gremolata. COURSE 5 DESSERT: Chocolate Raspberry Napoleon with raspberry cream: A layered dessert of crispy chocolate phyllo dough with raspberry cream.
